LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT. 

  In the Name of the Beloved Father of All: Amen 
    I, William Richardson, of the village of Spencerville, County of Allen and 
State of Ohio, being about Seventy-four years of age and being of sound and 
disposing mind and memory. Do Make, Publish and Declare this my Last Will and 
Testment, hereby revoking and making null and void all other Last Will And 
Teetaments by me made heretofore. 
    First:- My will is, that all my Debts and Funeral Expences shall be paid out 
of my Estate, as soon after my decease as shall be found convenient. 
    Second: I give, Devise and Bequeath to my beloved wife Mary E. Richardson. 
in lieu of her dower, the premiese on which we now reside, situate in the 
Village of Spencerville, Ohio, the same being  Lot Numbere Five-hundred and 
Eighty (580) in J.A. Keiths addition thereto, with all household goods, 
furniture, provisions, and all other goods and chattels which may be thereon at 
the time of my decease, during her natural life; and in addatio thereto I give 
and devise to her during her natural life, Lot Number Five-hundred and Ninety-
seven (597) in the addition to said Village, Should it not become necessary to 
sell the same to pay the debts and expences above specified. 
THIRD: 
         At the death of my said wife, the real estate aforesaid, and all 
household goods remaining in her hands, shall be sold, and from the proceeds 
thereof, I gave and bequeath my children and their heirs,  Viz. Heirs of 
Florence Simon, deceased, the 1/9 part,  Allie Richardson, the 1/9 part,  John 
Richardson, the 1/9 part , Viona Wynd, the 1/9 part  Susan Bowers, the 1/9 part 
, George  Richardson, the 1/9 part, Heirs of Mary E. Dilts, deceased, the 1/9 
part,  D.M. Richardson, the 1/9 part , and Laura Sawmiller, the 1/9, after 
paying the expences of the said sale. 
FOURTH. 
         I do herebynominate and appoint, my wife Mary E. Richardson,  executrix 
of this my last will and testament, hereby authorizing and empowering her to 
compromise, adjust, release, and discharge in such manner as she may deem 
proper, the debts and claims due me.  I do also authorize and empower her, if it 
shall become necessary in order to pay my debts, to sell, by private sale or in 
such a manner, upon such terms of credit, or otherwise, as she may think proper, 
all or part  of my real estate, without the intervention or  interference of any 
court whatever, and deeds to purchasers to execute,or acknowledge, and deliver, 
in fee simple. 
I desire that my said Exccutrix be not required to give bond, and that no 
appraisement or sale of my persoal property be made, and that the court of 
probate direct the omission of the same, in pursuance of the Statute. 


       IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF,  I have set my hand to this my Last Will and 
Testament at Spencerville, this Twenty-third day of June, in th year of our Lord 
One thousand Nine Hundred and Sixteen.

       The foregoing Instrument was sidned by the said William Richardson in 
my presence, and by him Published and Declared as and for his Last Will and 
Testament, and his request, and in his presence. and in the presence of each 
other, we hereto subscribe our Names as Attesting Wittnesses, at Spencerville 
this Twenty-third day of June , A.D. 1916
