Divorce Petitions and Decrees
Common Pleas Court
 
				February 1892
 
Mary Watt, of Jackson township, on Saturday afternoon filed a petition for divorce from her 
husband, Marion, asking alimony, the custody of her children, and injunction to prevent him selling 
his property.
 
				March 1892
 
George A. Marks filed his petition for divorce from Ida A. Marks.  He set forth that he had been a 
kind and faithful husband and that his wife has been absent for three years.
	
				June 1892
 
Judge Richie granted Wm. Dennis a divorce from his wife, Mary Jane, and the custody of the 
children.  The grounds for divorce were adultery.
