DOCTOR DROWNS
Albert Irwin, Formerly of Lima, Dies in Storm on Lake

Word received here by relatives told Monday of the accidental death of Doctor
Albert Irwin, of Goshen, Ind. While out on the lake a sudden storm came up,
capsizing the boat and all aboard were drowned.

Dr. Irwin was well known in Lima. His wife was a former Lima girl, Mary Meily
Irwin, who died several years ago. One daughter, Helen, now in New York,
survives, and Mrs. I. S. Motter, W. Spring-st. is a sister-in-law. While no
arrangements for the funeral have been announced, it is expected the body will
be brought here for burial beside his wife, in Woodlawn. Dr. Irwin was about
70 years of age.
